In Memory
Tasman's
Plain Jane I Ain't 2/6/93 to 8/16/03
Jane was part of the Original "Team Tasman"
and was on Tim's team for the Geauga Sled Dog Challenge exhibition run many
years back. Her last race was the Punderson race this past year on Paula Harding's
4 dog team. I'm so glad she got to spend time at Paula's to train with her dogs
and race again. She was very close to obtaining her SD degree with about 15
miles short of qualifying. She had qualified at several races a couple years
ago when Tim was running her on his 7 dog team during the transition from show
dogs to racing dogs for his team. Jane had finished her Canadian Championship
and just needed that last major to finish her American CH.
She will be missed
dearly
